We focus on events that incorporate live music, performance, art installations, innovative structural design, dance, theater and Fashion. A balance of corporate events, which include B2B, B2C, general brand marketing, sponsored activations, and conversely, those projects that serve a greater good: Public-facing cause-based arts-driven events, concerts, festivals, or installations that are notable, unique and that live on beyond the "event" in some form or capacity.
"The hardest skills are often soft skills." With more than 30 years of industry experience, the strength I bring to any production most often is the unseen elements of team building, mentorship, best practices, and operational infrastructure.
- Implement and actualize production, operational systems, policies, and practices with quantifiable outcomes.
- Team building. Inclusive of 3rd party partnerships, peer advancement, mentorship, and enablement.
- Collaborative creative problem-solving.
- A willing partner in a significant effort aligned toward a common goal. Adding value, purpose, and leadership input even in a support role.
- Articulating facts on the ground and how best to budget, schedule, and deploy teams and solutions.
- Design layouts, such as the floor plan, ground plan, stage plot, or festival grounds, and advancing implementation.
- Focusing on optimization, improvement, safety, and the Don Quixote of all goals, striving for perfection.
- Finally, communication! This is and continues to be the "red thread." After all, it is my BA, MFA, and gateway through radio and audio engineering into the world of production.
